We connect Senders with Travellers who are already flying between cities. When a Traveller accepts a delivery, they hand-carry the item and perform a scheduled handover on arrival — leveraging regular flights and a trusted community network to shorten delivery timeframes to just hours (subject to flight availability and airport procedures).

What can I send?

You can send most personal items — gifts, clothes, documents, homemade food (subject to safety rules), and small artifacts.

Prohibited or restricted items (e.g., hazardous materials, large electronics without approval, valuables beyond declared limits) are not allowed — always check our Allowed Luggage guidelines before booking.

What’s the Delivery Promise?

We aim to match and complete deliveries within four hours where flight routes and schedules allow. Timings depend on flight availability, airport clearance, and accurate sender information.

Pricing & Fees

Delivery pricing is dynamic — it depends on route, urgency, and any insurance or special handling requested. Platform service charges and GST apply to bookings.

How to Send / Receive

  1. Create a booking on BaggageSharing.com with clear item details and the preferred time window.
  2. A Traveller will accept the booking and confirm the pickup plan.
  3. The Traveller carries the item on their flight and completes the secure handover at the scheduled location/time.
