This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, penalties, and refunds shall be processed for bookings made through BaggageSharing.com, owned and operated by Paravolver Futura Pvt. Ltd.. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the booking. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the booking details have already been communicated to the Traveler and the process of fulfilling the service has been initiated, or if the service is already scheduled for execution. In such an event, the Sender may refuse the service at the point of commencement.
In the event the airport or airline authorities do not permit transportation of the baggage, the Traveler shall have the right to leave the baggage at the airport. The Traveler must promptly notify both BaggageSharing.com and the Sender before leaving the baggage.
Provided the Sender has complied with all baggage guidelines (e.g., no restricted, unauthorized, or overweight items), the Sender will be entitled to a full refund of the principal delivery amount paid.
For the avoidance of doubt, Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the platform service charge are non-refundable in all circumstances.
If the Sender provides baggage which is unauthorized, restricted, or overweight, or fails to complete handover due to lateness, a penalty deduction will be applied. The applicable penalty amount will be disclosed at the time of booking.
After deduction of such penalty, the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the Sender. GST and the platform service charge shall remain strictly non-refundable.
